Kineton Green Primary School is committed to providing a high quality education. We believe that all children have a common entitlement to a broad and balanced academic and social curriculum. This includes children with medical needs or those who experience other barriers to learning. This may include difficulty with learning, sensory or physical impairment and emotional or social development needs.
In keeping with our ethos and ‘Five Bees’ we believe that all children should be equally valued in school and strive to develop an environment where all children can flourish. This does not mean that we will treat all children in the same way, but will respond to each in ways which take account of their varied life experiences and needs.
Our SEND Information Report 2022-2023 outlines the ways in which we support all our children. A hard copy is available upon request from the school office. This can be made available in a larger font if required.

The Solihull Local Offer
Local authorities must publish a Local Offer, setting out in one place information about provision that is available and provision that is expected to be across education, health and social care for children and young people in their area who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
The Local Offer has two main purposes:
- To provide clear, comprehensive, accessible and up-to-date information about the available provision and how to access it.
- To make provision responsive to local needs and aspirations by directly involving children and young people with SEND, their parents, and the
professionals who work with them in its development and review.
What will the Local Offer cover?
The Local Offer will help you to find information about what universal, targeted and specialist provision is available for children and young people with SEND in Solihull /Birmingham and how to access different types of services and support. https://www.solihull.gov.uk/children-and-family-support/localoffer birmingham.gov.uk/localoffer
